Today I made macaroons! I've been dying to attempt to make them for ages but never actually got around to doing it. I had nothing to do today so I decided to give them a go! I wasn't really expecting them to work but they turned out okay. A few had cracked and they weren't perfectly round but I'm really pleased with them. Plus they are delicious... I can't wait to make more and play around with different flavours and colours!You can find the recipe I used here.
